How long does it take to start in-home care services?

If urgent, services can start the next day; typically, they commence within 2-5 days to ensure suitable care.

Can you assist people living in supported accomodation?

Absolutely,We can step in during family vacations or short-term illnesses to offer extra care and assistance.

what can my carer do for me at home?

Carers support you at home with personal care, home tasks, companionship, outings, and respite as needed.

How do I arrange for a caregiver to come to my home?

An Austa Care Co-ordinator will meet with you, discuss your care needs, and match you with a carer. There is no obligation to this service. To book an appointment, simply phone Relief on 1800 961 882

How often can I get care?

Austa Care can offer carer support for at least one hour and up to 24 hours daily. You can book care as a one off or on an ongoing basis.

Case managemant and care payment responsibility?

Austa Care provides Case Management Services with qualified, experienced, and police-checked carers. We have nurses and offer information on government-funded packages. Call 1800 961 882 to discuss options.
