To the Management Team of GCAA Health:

We are clients of your company. We are writing this letter to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to your front‑desk staff, Miss Sheila Lin and Miss Li Ying. Our impression of them is that they are beautiful, gracious, gentle, and empathetic young ladies. We are not sure who takes the lead and who assists, nor do we know exactly how their duties are divided. What we do see, however, is that they work in perfect harmony, never quibbling over tasks, and doing everything within their power to get the job done. Whether answering enquiry calls – with warmth, politeness, dignity, patience, and never a perfunctory word – or greeting visitors with smiling faces, offering warm hospitality, serving tea and water, and answering every question, they make everyone feel truly at ease.

What moves us most is that for every company event, they send out advance notices, handle registrations, arrange seating, move tables and chairs, set up the venue, and clean up afterwards. Sometimes, when Miss Li has outside duties, Miss Lin takes on everything alone without complaint. She also buys lunch boxes for the participating clients, trying her best to meet everyone’s different needs. She runs back and forth many times, sweating profusely, yet never utters a word of grievance; she always hands out the meals to the elderly with a smile. When Miss Li is there, they work together without fail. When encountering older clients, they are especially attentive and considerate, offering their arms to help them sit down steadily before they feel at ease. Their thoughtfulness, patience, and gentle care are just like how one would treat one’s own family. They are truly another great team within the company! They show care and concern for every client, and through small acts, they convey abundant warmth and love, making us truly feel the thoughtful and considerate service of GCAA Health.

We thank Miss Lin and Miss Li once again. We wish them good health, smooth work, and happiness every day! We also thank the excellent team of GCAA Health for its quality service, and we are especially grateful to General Manager Kang for leading by example and nurturing such outstanding employees – truly, “a strong leader never has weak soldiers.” We wish GCAA Health continuous progress, ever‑growing success, and ever‑improving benefits for its clients!
